What happens if you try Firefox or Chrome instead? Anyone who is using IE at this point should be aware that it's a dead end: Microsoft is moving to its new "Edge" browser, replacing IE. In addition, other browsers such as Firefox and Chrome conform to Web standards much more effectively than IE does. So, unless you're using specialized Web applications that depend on features of IE, choosing a different default browser would be a good idea.
