What I have started doing in IE11, if having a problem with an edit box, e.g. getting kicked out of the box when hitting the enter key, is to compose what I want to put into that box somewhere else, e.g. a blank Word document. I copy that text, and paste it into the IE11 edit box. That has worked when needed.
However, I am filling out this "edit box" with JAWS 17 and Windows 8.1. I am able to read what I have entered, and I hope that it makes its way to the list. Cheers. Jim H
