The two that are probably the easiest to use with JFW are FS Client and Phoner. FS Client seems to be the most accessible because most of the stuff in there is labeled, and there is a good amount of hotkeys for the commonly used stuff. Phoner has more of those graphical buttons, but you can dial from the edit box and hit enter to call, but most of the rest is in the menu. These mostly assume that the server side uses the common SIP protocol, but Phoner has options for CAPI and TAPI as well, but I have never heard of those being useful for much. ----- Original Message ----- From: Bill White To: [email protected] Sent: Saturday, January 23, 2016 3:29 PM Subject: Re: Jaws and soft phone, "Zoiper"
A lot of the so-called "soft phones" have buttons which do not show up using a screen reader. This makes some of their features inaccessible to a screen reader. If so what is the best way to get them to run with Jaws 17?
