To disable the PDF reader plugin in Chrome, and have Adobe Reader triggered instead, do the following:In the address bar, enter, about:pluginsSearch the plugins page for Chrome PDF ViewerThere is a Disable link immediately after that line if the in-browser PDF Viewer is enabled (and an Enable link if disabled), click it.PDF files should now be opened by Adobe Reader or whatever application you have set as your default PDF Reader.
