Some troubleshooting question sorry for the redundancy.
1. is JAWS17.1377 installed 2. if not then repair with the installed version then that is the version you need to repair with 3. was it an update or an actual download from freedomscientific 4. where was it downloaded to as in folder. the default folder is usually the download folder 5. did you type the path address or copied and pasted it in the run dialog? 6. Copying/pasting is best it avoids many simple syntax errors 7. If my questions doesn’t solve the issue then download fresh copy from Freedom Scientific note location of downloaded file 8.
