Mike, the braille viewer should be listed as the first, if not second command in the startup menu: start menu, all programs, JAWS 14, braille viewer.

is this braille viewer feature only available in jaws 15 and higher?
the reason I ask is that I have jaws 14.0.9.... with windows 7 and I do
not see a braille viewer option from the start menu after hitting enter
on jaws?

Artur,

Look in the startmenu, all programs, Jaws if you have the option for
Braille viewer.
This will place an window on screen, where a sighted person can see,
what jaws is reading.

Hello,

Sometimes I use command

route JAWS to PC (JAWS key+numpad minus).

If everything goes well then JAWS moves mouse cursor there where JAWS is
located.

Hi!

From time to time, especially on the Internet, I will ask a sighted
person
to look at something with me. They always say that although they can of
course hear what JAWS is reading, they cannot see where on the screen
this
is. Sometimes, somehow perhaps related, JAWS might even be reading
something that is really not even visible on the screen; like
scrolling is
not happening.

Is there some way or JAWS option to show exactly where on the screen JAWS
is? Ideally, this would be something readily visible so sighted people
could see where I am at on the screen. Additionally, ideally the screen
would scroll along with the application (like a webpage).

Thanks,

Richard
