I'm not having that issue here, and I haven't seen it on any of my clients' machines either. This sounds like something specific to your machine, but I have no idea what it could be.

I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of jaws 17 and still not working. So wondered has anyone else experienced this issue as it's only happening with Jaws as have tried other screen readers have installed and the list of system tray choices displays just fine with their commands. So any thoughts or ideas and or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
