Hello I know Jaws 17.377 has problems and FS knows about them and they say that they are working on them I don’t have this version I have Jaws 17.1214 and don’t plan to update until they fix the bugs also Jaws 16 latest build works fine with windows 10 but both of them go silent from time to time but they both work well for me.

I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of jaws 17 and still not working. So wondered has anyone else experienced this issue as it’s only happening with Jaws as have tried other screen readers have installed and the list of system tray choices displays just fine with their commands. So any thoughts or ideas and or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
