All of this is happening to me on my Windows 10 Pro 64 bit system with Outlook 2016 64 bit and also at work with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit and Outlook 2016 64 bit using the latest version of jaws 17 .

Hi all I'm experiencing all of this as well on a daily basis. Windows 7 32 bit, outlook 2013, jaws 16. This is on a network through work. I have had office 2013 reinstalled with no improvement, which leads me to believe it is not a corrupt office 2013. This is exactly what I have experienced as well. Very frustrating! I hate that anyone experiences this, but I'm glad I'm not alone. -----Original Message----- From: Jason White via Groups.io [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Saturday, February 20, 2016 7:50 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: JAWS freezing with Outlook 2013, when connected to an exchange server. In my case, the entire system becomes extremely slow to respond to keystrokes, to the extent that it's impossible to use. Keystrokes are processed, but there are delays of seconds at a time. Various programs (including Outlook itself) cause the system to issue error dialogues which state that the program is "not responding". Sometimes, the only way to deal with this situation effectively is to resort to the power button - the worst available response to make on any modern operating system, but when everything else fails, there isn't a good alternative. The system is Windows 7 x64 with Microsoft Office 2013 installed. Michael Mote <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi folks!
