Hi Sandy,
The issue here is that the laptop version CTRL Insert NumPad-minus
still uses a numpad key, something only easily found on a desktop.
One solution is to assign your own custom keyboard command, such as
Ctrl + Alt + T to the TetherJAWSToPC script:
1. Use Insert F2 to bring up the Run JAWS Manager dialog, press K for
keyboard
2. Press D until you hear Default then press Tab to enter the
default list of keyboard commands
3. Type "T e" -- the first two letters of Tether; you should hear
TetherJAWSToPC
4. Press Ctrl+A to add a new keystroke to the TetherJAWSToPC script,
type your new keystroke such as Ctrl + Alt + T then tab to Ok button.
5. Alt+F4 to exit
I tested this here on my laptop using JAWS 15 now and pressing
Ctrl+Alt+T alternates between "JAWS will follow PC" and "JAWS will
not follow PC" messages.

Hi Sandy,
I've sent an email to FS tech support regarding this keystroke for laptops.
It probably wouldn't hurt if they heard from more than 1 person
Take care.

Hi Bill & Sandy,
This keystroke is in the Jaws help topics for Jaws keystrokes in the
Keystrokes for Cursors & Mouse Simulations book but, strangely enough, not
in the same book for Laptops.
Take care.

I already tried that, Mike. It doesn't work. All it says is:
Control left bracket, and it doesn't change any setting.
