Hi James: Templates with JAWS can be tricky. Personally, I found that a consistently formatted document works just as well with, for example, his name and contact info at the top tabbed to the right the way you might do for a letter. The word RESUME in bold and all caps further down. Then, headings that can be underlined in the left margin, with info under it, also starting at the left margin. You can also bold these headings.

I know, it sounds so great to use the template and we want to be so professional. But all it takes is for JAWS not to give us the direct feedback at that one crucial field, and the whole effect is marred. Good luck.
