Hi Dani, I don't see the need to grab for every update...if it ain't don't
fix it! Unless there is some sort of big change I upgrade JAWS only when I
upgrade Windows. Take care!

Same here, but have been doing it for two years. It's JFW14 and Office 2010
that's buggy for me. I know we're at JFW15, but I haven't switched b/c 13
seems to be the most stable *knock on wood and cross fingers*.

I don't get it! I've using J-13 with W-7 and Office 10 for a year now
without any problems.

Freedom Scientific told me that JAWS did not start Office 2010 support until
JAWS Version 14. I used Version 13 with Office 2010 for some time, then
finally switched to Version 15. I recommend doing that first, since I
believe many of your JAWS issues will no longer exist with 14 or 15.

Hi Naomi,

If someone does not have a solution you might consider calling the Microsoft
Accessibility line. It's free and the Microsoft techs have a pretty good
feel for accessible software interacting with their systems. The number is:

Microsoft Accessibility Technical Assistance
800.936.5900

Hope this helps.

Morning everyone,

I'm a bit behind the technology times, but our work computers have just been
updated to outlook 2010. I am unable to read the current message list by
arrowing up or down in the inbox.

I've researched this and found that I can use the say current line jaws
command but this is not really a long term solution. Does anyone have any
tips on how to make jaws play nice with outlook 2010?

Any assistance would be appreciated and have a lovely day!

Thanks,

Kind Regards,
