Hi Dan,
i have tried that, and forms mode closes but nothing is visible in the menu.
The menu does then say it's expanded, but Jaws doesn't read anything with
arrows, tab, etc.

You might try pressing escape after the menu is activated and you're in
forms mode.

I’m having problems with a web page control. Having Jaws spell its label, it
says Options. Jaws reads the control as Options Button Menu Collapsed. I can
get into this menu with the spacebar. Jaws then turns on forms mode. I’m
told to activate the menu with spacebar, and navigate using the arrows. No
go. If I’m lucky, I can hear one item, but I definitely can’t navigate this
control or make choices from the menu. Any ideas?
