can you tell us how you can do this, like how it is setup, if there's a 
program involved, etc? I'm wondering if you have a multiboot program that 
let's you choose from 4 or more OSs.

It works well.  I can boot to whatever operating system my client is
used to, any version of Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8.1) or Fedora Linux.

This is an older way of doing things.  Nowadays, many people might set
up a virtual machine using VMWare to do the same thing, but the way I've
got it set up works better for my situation in the eye clinic.
