Thanks, I cannot call freedom, as that will cost far to much from my region. My dealer also said to uninstall is a good option. Just funny how these things happened. I will use NVDA to guide me. Narrator sucks. And I have no respect for Microsoft accessibility but that being said, I'm glad its available for those who need its poor performance. I wunder why don't freedom improve their repair utility? In older versions of jaws it was nice as there were an modify option from where you could choose repair or modify, but now that you have to use the .exe to achieve it that is not always good.
