I've got something I could probably convert to a functional Excel form for 
invoicing with a bit of work. I developed it when I could see for a prior 
employer, and some of their specific data could be removed for it. Let me know 
if anyone is interested.
The advantage of using Excel is that you can pull data from it into other 
spreadsheets to do compiled A/R data and work out cashflow stuff that way.
