It seems that many Firefox users have reported problems since upgrading to
version 30. The only thing I can suggest is to roll back to version 29. My
understanding is that the interface was changed in Firefox 30, and so it is
possible that JAWS may not work as well with it as with earlier versions.

Having issues with FireFox. Current version is 30. Tried to hit alt-F to
get to the menue to try and figure out how to update FireFox to version
31.
The file menu does not open and I can't figure out how to update.
Also experiencing interruptions that cause FireFox to go silent and
unresponsive to the keyboard. Any ideas?
