Yes.  FireFox was in full screen mode.  In this mode the menues are not
accessible.  F11 switched back to a smaller screen mode which allowed access
to the menues.  There were other issues we ran into but taking FireFox out
of full screen mode was the main thing.

Also, the risk with rolling back is that Firefox will be less secure. My
understanding of the reason for most Firefox version updates is to maximize
a secure online experience. I rarely have need of the JAWS cursor in
Firefox, so this limitation doesn't bother me so far. Andre's problem
appears to have had nothing to do with the version. It was a question of how
to navigate long-standing Firefox menus.

Actually the major interface change happened with version 29. I've been 
running version 30 and haven't had any trouble on either my laptop at 
home, my desktop at home, or my desktop at work, all of which are 
running JFW 15 and Windows 7. I'm on the home desktop now, and it has 
not updated the FF31 yet.
