Hi Tom,

I haven't seen this problem myself, but a bit of googling indicates
that lots of outlook users have.

What seems to have worked for many people is to change the view within
your inbox folder. One user stated that he was in the "sent to" view
and when he changed it to "compact" the problem resolved.
