I am working on the Jaws 16 instalation for my new Windows 7 work laptop, and have a question. How do I get the menus for handling various message options to work correctly? When in a message, I can't seem to use the alt and arrow keys to access any of the usual message or file options. Nor can I locate attachments. I have not had this problem at all on my home Windows 7 PC with Windows 7 and Jaws 14, and I didn't have it at work on my old Windows 7 PC until today when I installed Jaws 16 on the new laptop.
