Usually the files show up in the downloads folder. I think it's the default folder for downloads unless you've changed it Johna

Often When I am downloading a book, after it has started downloading it seems to disappear. I mean that I can't find the progress window by alt tabbing or from my window list. I when I can't find it anywhere I go back and try to download the book again, and sometimes even athird time. All of the sudden a window pops up telling me I have three downloads in progress. Where has this window been all the time I've been looking for it?
