I've had the same problem with Windows 7, JAWS 15. In addition, for the past few weeks almost every book is only partially downloaded. The file extension is .zip. followed by random letters and numbers ending in "partial"

Often When I am downloading a book, after it has started downloading it seems to disappear. I mean that I can't find the progress window by alt tabbing or from my window list. I when I can't find it anywhere I go back and try to download the book again, and sometimes even athird time. All of the sudden a window pops up telling me I have three downloads in progress. Where has this window been all the time I've been looking for it?
