Different computers make this change differently. Your subject line
sounds like this is a Dell?
On my Del, which is now a year or so old, the function key change was
in the Windows mobility center. The function keys were set up to
work with media, and in the mobility center you could change them to
standard. Whether that is the case with your tablet, though, I don't know.
The mobility center was access with Windows key + x.

Trying this again. I lost several emails from yesterday, and wanted
to know how to set it up so I do not have to press the FN key in
conjunction with any of the F keys like F1, F2, etc. in order to use
them with my tablet running Win8. I saw a post a couple weeks back
about this but cannot find it now. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
