Thanks for replying, Adrian. But when I shift tab in this instance,
rather than taking me to the attachment area, my cursor goes to the
subject line. If I continue to shift tab I cycle through from, to,
sent and the body of the message itself. I never reach that area where
I expect the attachment is hiding. I can see that there is an
attachment because in the message list jaws says attachment, and
because my colleague tells me he has sent one.

It's a mystery that, I suspect, has something to do with how the
sender attaches the attachment.
