I have JAWS version 14.9002 and Windows 7 on both my home and work computer. Firefox,(any version) works great at home but not at work. At work only the underlined letters in the menus are spoken by JAWS and the quick keys: e for edit, h for heading don't work either in my office. I have the full screen unchecked in the view menu. I'm wondering if it is some sort of Windows or security setting, any ideas? I need Firefox because it works much better on some of the web pages I need to use for work. thanks!
