Both Fidelity and Schwab are fully accessible in their own ways. Fidelity has a dedicated Web accessibility team and has spoken at CSUN on its Web access efforts. Schwab was forced into a legal settlement to adhere to W3c Web access standards. It now complies with those standards and is accessible. I use both.
