Fidelity as well as other financial companies does not allow United States citizens overseas to buy an sell mutual funds. However, fidelity does allow ex-patriots to buy and sell shares of individual companies and exchange traded funds in many countries. Also, fidelity has a UK affiliate where people from the UK can buy and sell securities from the London exchanges. More details can be found on the Fidelity website through an Internet search.
