Yes, after hitting the "Set as Default" button, one does need to tab once more to the "OK" button and hit the space bar. True confession time, I do not know what the "Application" key is, though I would certainly like to know as it sounds like a great time saver. My review of the JAWS help from within Word did not use that terminology.
