Can't say about the accessibility since I tried before going blind but after spending a few hours filling out the initial questions (it is an extremely thorough process) they informed me that I am far enough outside their profiles that they are unable to help me. I would have found that incredibly frustrating if I had done that after taking the additional time that accessibility always seems to entail.
