This is why I stopped using a provider's email account and just stuck to Gmail. I’m sure you can use Yahoo or Outlook.com or any of the other standard offerings out there too. Too easy for something like this to happen leaving you in a lerch or if you want to switch service providers it's that much more a pain in the neck.
