I can't find it right now in 2010 but there is a setting that says read as plain text or as web page.
I think you can select Word or IE for the reader. I enjoyed reading about your interviews. I once had an interviewer insist I tell her why I left a company after three months. When I mentioned the name of the person they hired over me she said she knew all about him. That was the only time I had to answer that question.
