Press alt-h, then a, then v. 

For anyone wondering why reading an Outlook message with a browser makes a 
difference, I use this method to read complex emails containing lots of links. 
I find JAWS gets progressively slower as I go through such an email when I 
don't read it in IE. Also, clicking on links goes more smoothly.

Problem is: I am looking for the way to read messages in Internet Explorer 
through Outlook. When you open your inbox and proceed to read your messages, 
you are reading them with Outlook, not with your browser.
