Me too. It seems to method of restarting Jaws and sending a crash
report isn't working at this time either.
I heard about a new feature that Jaws is supposed to restart
automatically without even using the keystroke. Where is that
documentation?
Oops! I just sent a crash report while trying to remember the
keystrokes. The keystroke gets passed through even when keyboard help
is on.
What do I look for in the new search for Jaws commands feature to find
the keystrokes for restarting Jaws?

Same problem here with the latest JFW 16, and now it doesn't even restart
like it used to. I always need to first go to the Windows Task Manager and
delete jfw from the processes page, close the Task Manager and restart JFW
16. Very annoying.

Subject: Jaws stops talking
Hi folks:
I'm having a problem with Jaws 16. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit. While
I'm on the computer doing certain things like listening to a movie on
Netflix or checking mail, Jaws goes silent. The only way I can get it
to talk again is to go to the desktop and re initialize Jaws from
there. This has been happening for a while now and I'm wondering if
anybody else is having this issue. Does anybody have a solution to this
issue?
Thanks
Stewart
