Carlos, I have seen JAWS work well in call centers. It really depends on the
company, and the applications that they use. For example, some call centers
make you log into your phone, using software. This means, you have to end
calls, and do call related tasks, using some type of call dashboard. I have
seen some of this work successfully.

Subject: Inquiry about JAWS accesible software for employees of Call Centers

Dear list members,
Does anyone know if JAWS readable software for visually impaired or blind
employees of call centers exist ?
If so, it should be multilingual, with Spanish as one of the offered languages.
Thank you very much in advance for your help.
