Junior Blind of America, headquartered in Los Angeles, conducts call center
training for folks using screen readers.  I asked them if they could provide
any information or material relating to this discussion.  Their response is

The software we use, which is the only one we've found that works with JAWS,
is TCN. The link is below. A representative told us there is additional
language support. They have provided us with a training manual with JAWS
commands and hot keys. I have included that as an attachment. The software
was not initially compatible and still has some kinks but they have been
motivated to find solutions and, I believe, three other blindness agencies
with contact centers use this same software.
