Hi All, Junior Blind of America, headquartered in Los Angeles, conducts call center training for folks using screen readers. I asked them if they could provide any information or material relating to this discussion. Their response is below and their information is attached. If the attachments are scrubbed from my email, I will be happy to provide them to anyone who asks me with an off-list email.
I hope this is helpful to the discussion. Tim Ford [Here is what they told me.] ... The software we use, which is the only one we've found that works with JAWS, is TCN. The link is below. A representative told us there is additional language support. They have provided us with a training manual with JAWS commands and hot keys. I have included that as an attachment. The software was not initially compatible and still has some kinks but they have been motivated to find solutions and, I believe, three other blindness agencies with contact centers use this same software. https://www.tcnp3.com/home/company/contact/ -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
