It also depends on how far the employer is willing to accommodate the
job for the blind applicant. I worked for a phone company that hired a
JAWS specialist, recommended by FS, to script the program used by said
company.
I was lucky indeed.

The software we use, which is the only one we've found that works with
JAWS,
is TCN. The link is below. A representative told us there is additional
language support. They have provided us with a training manual with JAWS
commands and hot keys. I have included that as an attachment. The
software
was not initially compatible and still has some kinks but they have been
motivated to find solutions and, I believe, three other blindness
agencies
with contact centers use this same software.
