iTunes works really well with JAWS. The developers of iTunes have not addressed the metadata issue in the latest build of iTunes 12. This means you cannot edit the information on specific using JAWS. JAWs just reports that these fields are read only fields, when visually they are not. I have reported this to Apple accessibility support. I'm hoping they will address this in the next update. Other than that, you can get around iTunes pretty well using JAWS.
