If an iTunes podcast isn't accessed in a certain period(I think it's a few weeks) , iTunes stops downloading until you reactivate the podcast. How do you access that icon to the left of the podcast title that lets you begin downloading again using JAWS? The icon only appears when a podcast is put into the dormant category by the iTunes system. It doesn't announce. I'm using JAWS 14 and Windows 7.
Many thanks. Subject: RE: youtube and itunes questions iTunes works really well with JAWS. The developers of iTunes have not addressed the metadata issue in the latest build of iTunes 12. This means you cannot edit the information on specific using JAWS. JAWs just reports that these fields are read only fields, when visually they are not. I have reported this to Apple accessibility support. I'm hoping they will address this in the next update. Other than that, you can get around iTunes pretty well using JAWS. -----Original Message----- From: Jfw [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Donna Hardy via Jfw Sent: Monday, March 23, 2015 8:38 AM To: Jfw list Subject: youtube and itunes questions Running Jaws 16 and windows 7.
