Hi Tom. Although this isn't supposed to happen, it's not uncommon for JAWS to lose track of its authorization, and often a simple reboot will resolve the issue. I usually cold boot the machine (do a full shutdown and let the machine power down completely, then turn it back on), as opposed to a warm boot (a simple restart). Try that and see what happens. If that doesn't work for some reason, then go ahead and try updating your authorization, as Peliciano suggested. Good luck.
