Michael and all: I too just saw this problem today for the first time on my Windows 7 work laptop.
I tried typing in a reply to a message, and the reply could be found nowhere. Fortunately for me, I re-booted, and all seems well, at least for now. I'm using Jaws version 16.0.3048 here with Outlook 2010.
