1. Axis the tools menu on the menu bar and access Internet options. Then you can control tab to the advanced tab. There you will find a reset button once you tap through the different elements. 2. Axis programs and features, then shift tab to updtes link and press enter. There you will find a Internet collapsed element that you will have to expand, then arrow down to Internet Explorer 11 you want to hit the on it to uncheck it then press tab to the OK button the process will start. Then Internet Explorer 10 will be your version browser after you restart the computer.
