I found the note from some web site I made about list view. ,
Jaws reads the notes better if you go to view in the ribbon and change it to
list view. The keystroke for this is alt V, C, V.

I'm not sure if your situation is like mine, but, I have had the same
experience. I found my emails in the "deleted" folder. I have no clue as to
why they went to that folder, but that was what happened.
