This happens from time to time when I'm working with remote desktop. Jaws will become unresponsive and the only thing to do is reboot the local computer. Or, and this seems to be happening only recently, the keyboard will lock and rather than accomplishing tasks, jaws will simply announce what each key press is supposed to do. Again, the only way around this is to reboot.
I wish instead of adding bells and whistles FS would put more effort into fixing the issues with remote desktop.
