as far as I know, no. but it is possible to find out what line and
column the cursor is. just press insert+page down to hear the status bar
read. unfortunately, if word wrap is enabled, the status bar is
automatically disabled and JAWS will report nothing.
however, there is a simple change to make in the registry to fix this.
