I can assure you that ICQ 99 which is available from my web site
<http://www.geocities.com/Heartland/Bluffs/8545/icq99.html> will work
for both Win 95 and 98. (It will not work for the mac or win 3.1)
I'm running it under Win 98 and I've chatted with others who are
running it under Win 95.
