Dear Sir,
If one could pick the exact time and place for horrible catastrophies to
happen, then we'd be fine. We could know in advance that a diskette might
fail and ask for our replacement keys just in time.
But all kidding aside, since the key is critical to JAWS and since JAWS
for blind people is also a critical necessity for computer use, then there
needs to be a back-up key diskette.
And people could "buy" this extra diskette and keep it where they want
to for that rare event when it's the week end and/ or there is some deadline
and you're in trouble. If problems did not occur at all hours of the day,
then the really large companies would not have technical support till late
at night--which is obviously impossible for an entreprenneurial company like
HJ.
What's wrong with making a system easier to use whenever you can? What's
wrong with making it more convenient?
