The customer is only always right when he/she is being reasonable.  No
customer who demands that a company change their practices merely to suit
their personal whims is right in making those demands ... they're only
right by voting with their wallets.  If enough customers do this,
practices may change, but no customer has the same rights as the owners of
the company to determine business tactics and strategies.
