Heck they might at least acknowledge the fact that this list, an invaluable
resource in my opinion, exists with a clear link to info about the list in
an easy to find place on their web site. As a screen reader I think JFW
works pretty well but the company's almost complete lack of serious
availability via the internet in any sort of interactive fashion boggles my
mind. I mean you can email technical support but half the time that's an
endless circle and you'd think they'd have at least one quality support
tech out on these lists for part of his or her time.
