Was it not the way it was for thousands of years in India which is why we still have the maximum number of diversity of tribes and their culture still intact in India. So what exactly changed in the last few hundred years. That tribals not only in India but in many parts of the world -- Africa, Australia, New Zealand, The Americas ...what happened they they got sidelined, and their religion and culture disappeared. And nearer home the same happened in Nagaland.
