Hi Jose,
Thats good to know that you are
working on it. You have addressed a number of things in your list below that i
have just patched to make it work.
Another of the minor irritants is
that the export jar does not put out the jibx enhanced classes. The only way to
do so it to choose a export output folder option
let me know how i can help
out.

Hi Nick,
I am currently migrating the eclipse plug-in to use v1.1 however, the code has changed quite alot.
* uses native eclipse xml-memento vs jibx for project settings
* emf binding editor (source & gui)
* memory model of bound classes to make jibx binding easier
* error logging and problem marking (in editor and view)
* complete javadoc
I will be checking-in changes soon so you can have a look. Nice to see someone is also interested in jibx plug-in development too. Also, if you (anyone) needs anything let me know.
Cheers,
Jose Badeau

I have hacked this plugin to the state where i can get it to work with
jibx 1.1 and also show errors and warnings in the tasks list. However I
had to delve deeper than i would have liked to into the Compile class. I
have the plugin with source incase anyone is interested.

Ignore this. I got it working. I had to recreate the jibx.xml package
and move around some stuff. I have it upgraded to use jibx-1.1 however
it lacks a lot of features such as error logging to eclipse (vs
system.err ) and adding warning/errors to the tasks list. These can be
added easily but if someone is already working on it let me know. Thanks

Subject: Eclipse plugin
I downloaded the eclipse plugin (src) and tried to upgrade it to use the
latest jibx 1.1 release. This causes problems because the the way this
plugin stores its per project configuration is using xml and uses jibx
binding for that. This is packaged as jibx-eclipse.jar and there is no
binding file that i can see. Furthermore the files that went into
building jibx-eclipse.jar are also not visible. Can anyone point me to
them and I'll try to get this plugin upgraded to 1.1 ?
